A 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required to confirm your booking and allow us to begin arranging your travel services.
This deposit helps secure accommodation, safari vehicles, professional guides, park permits, and other services included in your itinerary.
Your booking will be processed according to the agreed payment terms and the availability of the requested services.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid according to the payment deadline stated in your invoice or written booking confirmation.
Bookings during peak seasons, last-minute trips, or arrangements involving special services may require earlier payment, depending on supplier requirements.

Safari transportation and 4×4 safari vehicles.
