Day 1:
Arrival in Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania! You will be picked up from the airport by a Ndovu African Expeditions Limited representative and driven to your accommodation in Arusha.
Depending on your arrival time, you will have time to relax and prepare for the adventure of a lifetime. Busy Arusha is an essential part of safari life here in northern Tanzania and most travelers pass through at some stage.

Day 2:
Arusha City to Tarangire National Park
Your Ndovu African Expeditions Limited safari guide will collect you from your accommodation after breakfast. You will drive to Tarangire National Park.
The transit drive is approximately two and a half hours on good tarmac roads. The Park is named after the Tarangire River, the only source of water for wildlife in the region during the dry season.
The Park is famous for its large elephant families, giraffes, bushbuck, and hartebeest. Predators including lions and leopards follow closely.
Tarangire is also home to more breeding species of birds than anywhere else on the planet, and the huge ancient Baobab trees can be seen here, some over a thousand years old.

Day 3:
Karatu Town to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will drive through the cooler regions of Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a chance to stop at the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater.
Continue to the Serengeti, entering at the south of the Park. The Serengeti’s vast open grasslands allow for excellent wildlife sightings. Depending on the season, you may witness part of the Great Migration.

Day 4:
Full Day Serengeti National Park Safari
Today is dedicated to game drives in the Serengeti. Expect to see impalas, buffalo, crocodiles, hippos, and predators including lions, cheetahs, and leopards. You can do early morning and late afternoon drives, returning to camp for lunch, or a full-day drive with picnic lunch in the park.

Day 5:
Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive towards Ngorongoro Crater. The Crater is a pristine wilderness with sweeping savannahs, acacia woodlands, glistening lakes, and swamps.
Descend into the Crater floor for wildlife viewing among wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and more than 500 bird species. Opportunity to see the endangered black rhino.

Day 6:
Lake Manyara National Park
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a small but diverse park 120km west of Arusha. Home to thousands of flamingos and over 500 bird species, with chances to see elephants, giraffes, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, baboons, and tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch before being dropped off at your choice of Arusha, Kilimanjaro Airport, or Arusha Airport.
