Day 1:
Arrival in Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival, you will be picked up from the airport by a Ndovu African Expeditions representative and transferred to your luxury accommodation in Arusha.
Depending on your arrival time, you can relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2:
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, your Ndovu guide will collect you and drive to Tarangire National Park (~2.5 hours). This park is renowned for its large elephant herds, baobab-dotted landscapes, and over 500 bird species. Enjoy a morning game drive and picnic lunch within the park before transferring to your lodge for overnight stay.

Day 3:
Lake Manyara National Park
Journey to Lake Manyara National Park, a small yet diverse park offering a range of habitats from soda lakes to forested slopes. Witness tree-climbing lions, large elephant herds, and hundreds of bird species along the lake shores. After a full day of wildlife exploration, return to your luxury lodge in Karatu.

Day 4:
Serengeti National Park
Drive through the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with an optional stop at the Ngorongoro Crater viewpoint. Continue to the southern Serengeti. Known for its endless grasslands, the Serengeti is home to the Great Migration and abundant wildlife.

Day 5:
Full Day in Serengeti
Spend a full day on game drives in the Serengeti, one of the world’s most famous ecosystems.
Opportunities abound to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, and large herbivore herds. Choose between morning and afternoon drives, returning for meals at the camp.

Day 6:
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
Travel to the Ngorongoro Crater, the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world. Descend into the crater for an afternoon of wildlife viewing, including wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, and possibly the endangered black rhino. Later, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7:
Departure from Karatu / Arusha
