After breakfast, your personal safari guide will pick you up for the journey to Tarangire National Park. Travel through gently rolling Maasai plains dotted with acacia trees, passing local Maasai communities herding cattle and walking along the roadside in their colorful attire. Upon arrival, embark on a game drive through Tarangire’s savannah, seasonal swamps, and along the life-giving Tarangire River. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, but you will also encounter zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, buffalo, and numerous bird species. Keep an eye out for predators such as lions stalking prey or leopards resting in the trees. In the evening, relax at your lodge, enjoy a hearty dinner, and unwind by the pool or under the
starlit African sky.

Today we journey into the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the seven natural wonders of Africa. Descend into the 600-meter deep Ngorongoro Crater, home to over 25,000 mammals, including the Big Five, spotted hyenas, and hundreds of bird species. Enjoy an extensive game drive in this extraordinary caldera, with its grasslands, lakes, and acacia woodlands. A picnic lunch amidst the wildlife completes the immersive experience. Later, transfer to your accommodation in Karatu for dinner and overnight.
