Day 1:
Arrival in Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania! You will be picked up from the airport by a Ndovu African Expeditions representative and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. Relax and prepare for the adventure ahead. Arusha is an essential hub for northern Tanzania safaris.

Day 2:
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Your safari guide will pick you up from your accommodation. Drive to Tarangire National Park, approximately 2.5 hours on tarmac roads. Famous for its elephant families, giraffes, bushbucks, and predators like lions and leopards. The park hosts a remarkable variety of birds and ancient baobab trees. Lunch at a picnic site inside the park. Transit to accommodation in Karatu.

Day 3:
Karatu to Serengeti National Park
Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping at the Ngorongoro Crater before entering the southern Serengeti. Explore vast grasslands teeming with wildlife, including the Great Migration herds of wildebeests, zebras, and antelopes.

Day 4:
Serengeti National Park
A full day of game drives in the Serengeti. Spot impalas, buffalos, crocodiles, hippos, and predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Depending on migration patterns, venture beyond Central Serengeti for a unique wildlife experience.

Day 5:
Serengeti National Park
Another full day of game drives. Enjoy a relaxed pace with early morning and late afternoon drives. Return to camp for lunch and leisure. Every day in the Serengeti presents new landscapes and wildlife encounters.

Day 6:
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater and experience its abundant wildlife including wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, and the endangered black rhino.
Explore more than 500 bird species in this unique ecosystem. Continue to your accommodation in Karatu after an afternoon game drive.

Day 7:
Lake Manyara National Park
Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a small yet diverse park with a shallow salt lake supporting thousands of birds, including flamingos, baboons, elephants, and the famous tree climbing lions. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park. Afterward, transfer to your preferred drop off point: Arusha, Kilimanjaro Airport, or Arusha Airport.
